Chef's Knives

This range of knives has been specially manufactured by Sheffield cutlers Taylor's Eye Witness.  The overall design of the knives is by Robert Welch M.B.E.  They are manufactured from heavy gauge high carbon stainless steel, to a standard that will satisfy the most demanding professional user.  The fully hardened and tempered blades are serrated on the right side to give left handers unsurpassed cutting performance.  The black polypropylene handles are moulded to the blades so they are both hygienic and dishwasher safe.

The seamless construction leads into the blade which is fully hardened and tempered from surgical steel and carefully ground with the serrations on the right side, for a clean straight and safe cut in the left-hand.
